Meet Our Team
Gareth Davies - CeMAP
Company Director Gareth Davies has been working in financial services since 2006 and in that time built up an excellent and well respected reputation within the industry. Having advised in various sectors of the financial services and with underwriting experience too, he knows precisely what it takes to get an application through with minimal fuss. Initially working in an employed environment, in 2013 Gareth decided to go out on his own in order to offer a more bespoke, tailored and individual service to his clients.
Kelly Hurl
Kelly is our Office Manager and has been with us since 2015. She works alongside the advisors in making sure the service given to our clients is an excellent one, from the first contact through to mortgage completion and beyond. Kelly has fantastic knowledge of the home-buying process and with dedicated contacts at many of the lenders it means she helps cases progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She will liaise with solicitors and estate agents too in order to make sure that all the parties involved are working as needed.
Alex Thew - CeMAP
Alex started alongside Gareth in financial services back in 2006, and after a brief spell out of the industry returned as an Advisor with us in 2017. Alex has a unbeatable manner in front of clients and loves the challenge of a difficult case landing on his desk. With fantastic knowledge of the adverse credit arena there are not many applications he doesn’t know what to do with. He never shys away from an appointment and will bend over backwards to accomodate you whenever you need it most.

We may store your data for up to six years past the end of any business relationship, after which time it will be securely destroyed. We charge a fee for arranging and advising you on your mortgage. The fee will be dependent on your circumstances but will not exceed £599. (Our typical fee is £349.)
For Lifetime Mortgages/Equity Release the fee will be £799. A lifetime mortgage is a long-term commitment, secured against your home. It may accumulate interest and reduce the value of your estate.
